A young man nearly drowned while swimming at Northern Avenue Beach in Chicago. He became hypothermic and irrational and could not get out of the deep water because there are no safety ladders at the deep end of the promenade. It’s time for the city council to act! Lucky for him the life guards came to his rescue.

merick is a in idiot and all the other rescue boat lifeguards suck they look like they are drowning themselves. the first thing they teach you is to communicate with the other rescuers so they all know what to do and the victim to reasure his saftey. and dont look or act like your panicing cause when you panic the victim panics. this video makes all us Chicago lifeguards look like . these guys were just sloppy and to nervous to do things right.
