Chicago has nice parts in the southside, some areas are desolate but mostly in the southeast side even though there is new construction going on in the near southeast side. Townhomes for over 1 million I would hardly call that run down. All those projects near cermak and state are going away.

I could not live in …
I could not live in Chicago anymore because it has become very desolate especially on the Southside. I will not take anything away from growing up in Robert Taylor and later in the 100’s I had the best years of my childhood in Robert Taylor Projects from the 70’s to early the 80’s. All of Southside needs to be Reconstructured. It is just too depressing. It seems everyone is on drugs or trying to get their hustle on. I know this is a worldwide epidemic; I hate seeing it in my old neighborhood.
