When starting an online business, I think people have this impression that it will make life simpler than having a regular 9-5 job. In some cases, I’m sure this is very true, but many people have both a 9-5 job, and start an online business, and life just got a lot more complicated for them, and well, me!

Once the 9-5 job can be replaced if that’s what you so desire, then perhaps having an online business is easier. However, I’m willing to bet that a full-time online business can be just as crazy and complicated, or even more so than a regular job. After all, you have to organize yourself and your work rather than someone else doing it for you.

The online world I have found is a whole new world. I have actually tried to imagine my life without it, and I feel that suddenly I would be cut off from the internet business world and I’d be dying to connect to a discussion forum, talk to my subscriber list, change my website, write to my blog, and find out what’s going on out there!

The fact is, there is so much to owning an online business that it’s hard to keep it all straight, it’s hard to stay organized, it’s hard to turn new products or opportunities down, it’s hard to know how to best advertise your business, it’s hard to stay focused and motivated, and it’s hard to know when to say yes and when to say no. That’s what this article is all about…Knowing what you can simplify, and how you can simplify your online business life.

When you start an internet business, you get quickly and easily overwhelmed by emails, e-books, and articles coming from everywhere. There are new product launches giving you unbelievable deals that you don’t want to miss out on. You may be following a program of some sort to get started in business, and following every suggestion as to what to buy and when to upgrade your memberships.

You are so excited at the beginning that you will turn almost nothing down, and soon you have this amazing website offering amazing things. There’s nothing wrong with that. Some people would argue that more is better. In my case, I started out simple, added more programs to my website, and have since decided to remove those same programs because I’ve come to my own conclusion that more is not better for me. I’m making a pact to keep it simple and go back to the basic programs. This is one way that you can simplify your internet business.

The other question is how best to advertise your online business. I still struggle with this, as there are so many ways. In keeping with my pact to stay simple, I am trying to focus on four ways to advertise. One way is to write to my blog frequently, at least once or twice a week. Another way is to write articles and have them distributed around the internet to different publishers and article directories. The third way is to generate and exchange links with authority sites and sites with a higher Page Rank (PR) than my own site. Finally, I like to participate in at least five different discussion forums where I can display the URLs for my website, sales pages, and blog in my signature file.

These are all highly effective ways to advertise your online business, but by no means are they the only ways to advertise. You could also choose to advertise offline, or advertise using Google Adwords, for example. The point is to choose only one way, or a few ways, and keep it simple.

Another way to keep your online business simple is to have a short, daily to-do list. I have sticky notes all over my desk reminding me what I need to do, but the to-do list is the only list that I think is crucial to keep directly in front of me and to look at every day. The list may change, but as long as you keep it short, sweet, and manageable, then your business life will be so much simpler.

If you find you are not completing the daily requirements, then it’s time to re-do your list, and complete tasks in smaller chunks, or simply just do fewer tasks until you are doing something every day to move your business forward, or maintain the momentum. This will help you stay focused and motivated.

Finally, you will find that there is only so much information you can read about and retain before you get over-loaded and overwhelmed. It’s times like these that you will want to call it quits because you’re frustrated, brain-fried, and getting nowhere fast with very few positive results. This is when you need to know when to say yes, and when to say no.

As much as you would like to read all of those emails coming into your inbox every day and absorb everything, you just can’t without losing focus. Unless you want your brain to explode, it’s a good idea to create folders in your email system and either manually or automatically have incoming mails filed into those folders. If you have time to go back to those emails later, they will be there and organized for you to look at. If you find you never get to them, you can do a mass delete. It’s unbelievable how clear your mind can feel after a mass delete!

Not only do you need to say no to emails, but also say no to other products, services, offers, and opportunities that are presented to you when you know you can handle nothing more. I have been tempted myself, and in fact I still haven’t gotten around to working through an amazing program I just had to purchase last spring!

Moral of the story: Keep it simple stupid, or you will find doing business online a very daunting task!

Men give the highest importance on their penis size. For them, size does matter.

There are many methods of increasing the penis size – both the length and girth – which include surgery, pills and dietary supplements and penis traction devices. What ate the pros and cons these methods? Are they worth are time and money?

• Surgery – Nowadays, many medical doctors are encouraging men to engage in penis enlargement by surgery. Surgery is permanent, of course, for good or for worse that is. Through surgery, the penis can be enlarged by an inch or so. The surgeon will cut the ligaments that hold the penis in its usual position to allow the penis to descend. Would you extend your fingers by cutting the ligaments loose? Would they still work as expected?

And after surgery, a penis enlargement device will be used for a few months to achieve a permanent increase in size. What’s the use of undergoing a surgery if a penis enlargement extender will be used afterwards? The procedure may produce a scar tissue, the erection will point down, and the base of the penis will be hairy.

Another surgical technique is known as a dermal implant. Girth and length can be increased by transplanting fat cells from other parts of the body to the penis. As the size of head of the penis cannot be increased the results can be visually rather odd.

Sometimes the distribution of the grafted cells results in clumping and a really nasty appearance!

• Wonder Pill – Some say that pills can make your penis larger in just a few short weeks! Do they really work?

Vitamins are good for you but there’s no pills that won’t increase your penis. Ads stating the amazing, and unbelievable results that can be achieved by using pills conveys an unbelievable thing. No need to waste your time and money. No pill on the market now has done a permanent effect on increasing penis size.

• Penis Stretchers for Penis Enlargement. So, do penis stretchers work?

Penis stretcher devices or penis extenders are devices designed to apply continuous stretching force.

Penis stretcher devices apply traction via bars between an anatomically curved base that fits at the root of the penis, and a band that slips off the head of the penis. If you follow all the instructions, they are definitely safe to use compared to surgery that leaves permanent scars and damaged tissue. Penis stretchers work gentler on your body.

Penis stretchers work better than pills! Penis stretcher is an anatomically designed, safe to use, non-invasive device that can really add inches to your penis. You just have to follow the directions be surprise with the great results!

During the twentieth century Leeds, previously known as a merchant city, also started earning a reputation as a centre of learning. By the end of the twentieth century, Leeds already had more than 500 different categories of educational institutions including universities, colleges, schools, and technical training centres in and around the city. Some of them like the Metropolitan Leeds University, the Open University in Yorkshire, and Leeds University are household names. Aspiring students will not find it difficult to gather information on prospective universities or educational institutions since all information relating to these items is available through the online directories for visitors to the city. In these directories, information relating accommodation, courses of study and all related topics are available. In fact a visitor is only a mouse click or keystroke away from a great future in Leeds.

The Metropolitan University of Leeds, also known as the Leeds Met, has been nominated for the Times Higher Education Supplement’s University of the Year award for the year 2006. It has also been nominated for the outstanding contribution to the local community award for development work. The university hosted a lecture by Professor Lori Beckett entitled ‘The Curriculum Imagination’ on the 5th October 2006 which happens to be the inaugural day of the University itself. The event took place in the Lecture Theatre of the E. James Graham Building, situated at the Headingley Campus. This university accommodates students from not only England but all over the world. This year the university is also holding its centenary celebration since it has now completed a century of teaching in Leeds. The university is located at Calverley St, Leeds, at a distance of 0.3 miles to the north of Leeds city. The university is widely acclaimed for its standard and novel ideologies and houses thousands of overseas students.

A novel innovation by Leeds Met is the Leeds Universities Crime Reduction Partnership which provides a unique way to protect the students against possible crimes. The move has been applauded world wide and by the British Government. There are several collaborators in this process including the Street Crime Initiative for West Yorkshire, representatives from Leeds Met, the Students Union, the authorities of the University itself, members from Leeds University Union, representatives from West Yorkshire Police and also Unipol Leeds who have joined hands in a partnership to fight crime and provide a safe environment for students who study at Leeds Universities. The system includes high visibility policing by university security staff and West Yorkshire Police in student areas. A major achievement has been obtaining funds from the Home Office for the project and for an extended bus service. There are 56 bus routes that give the students an affordable and safe way to get home late at night. Leeds City Council has also extended its cooperation for the project by widening CCTV coverage near the universities. The system is not only novel but potentially very fruitful too, since a recent survey revealed that at least one in every three students is a victim of crime in Leeds. Leeds has therefore become a national leader in developing this effective forum to fight crime. The Walksafe plan introduced for student safety is something lots of others are trying to emulate worldwide.

The Open University in Yorkshire is part of the national Open University organisation. It is open to new people, places, methods and ideas while providing high quality university education to students. One very good thing about this university is that local guides and staff are available to provide support to students when required. The Open University in Yorkshire has 70 staff and 500 part time tutors. These staff and tutors support around 8000 students studying with the University. The Open University offers courses in 12 subjects that include arts, computing, management and psychology. Another notable feature is that a low income family that has an annual income of 25,645 pounds or less may recieve assistance with course fees.

Leeds University is one of the largest universities in England and a major teaching and research institution in the United Kingdom. While it is ranked among the top ten UK universities it is also widely known as one of the six original civic universities in England. Civic universities in England are those universities who never took religion or ethnic background of the students into consideration during enrolment. This was the reason they were named ‘red brick’ universities. The university is located one mile north of Leeds city centre and is within walking distance of the city centre and the district of Headingley. You can enter by car through Woodhouse Lane near the Parkinson building, also known as the University Tower.

St James’s is probably the most famous hospital in Leeds, popularly known as Jimmy’s. It houses the clinical science building of Leeds University and an extensive library. St. James is Europe’s largest teaching hospital. Presently the largest Oncology Department in Europe is being set up here.

The Leeds Bradford University Centre of Cricketing Excellence (commonly abbreviated as Leeds/Bradford UCCE) is part of the six University centres of Cricketing Excellence supported by the famous Marylebone Cricket Club or MCC in short. This sporting university is yet to achieve a first class status in the English cricket league, but already has had some notable achievements, such as beating Surrey county team in 2005.

Leeds university is very versatile academically. In addition to the traditional academic curriculum based university, it is also a medical and a sports university. Leeds University has come a long way since 1880 when the first institution, named Victoria University, was set up in Leeds. The Victoria University had a short life. The Leeds University came into existence in the year 1904 when a royal charter was granted in its favour by Edward VII. Since then the University has witnessed many evolutionary and revolutionary improvements. Its two unique features are the avenue it provides for its students to participate in extra-curricular activities and the attempts made to provide a safe studying environment for its students.
