America is different then 3,4,5 years ago, everything was happening- people would make lots of money and then they spend lots of money, so everybody were saying hot it’s amazing and how life in America is so Beautiful.
Real Estate was a huge part of this ordeal, I know lots of people not just in America but also people from Europe, the UK, China, Japan, people from all over wanted to come to America to buy Real Estate, To learn how to buy Real Estate or just to look at people buying Real Estate, and if you would ask a person “what are you doing here if you’re not buying anything”- this person would say “it’s just unbelievable, I had to see it with my own eyes to confirm”.
Do you remember when your friends bought 2 or 3 different properties at the same time? sorry……100% Loan to value ? unbelievable…….
Back then You would go to a Loan Officer and ask for 100% LTV with 600 FICA score purchase of $700,000, the Loan Officer would say”Of Course” it’s easy for him since anybody could do that , and the Loan officer would make lots of money from providing the client with an amazing interest rate.
WHERE ARE WE TODAY?
I live in Los Angeles California, here we’re used to go out a lot and spend our money because we make so much……. or should I say we don’t make so much anymore, so the streets are kind of like dieing.
Since I own a Real Estate Mortgage Company I’ve seen money in good times in Los Angeles California, but now the bank are tight….really, really tight, WHAT TO DO? It’s effecting the Homeowners all around us, it’s effecting investors also if they have money in the bank, other banks still will ask for all kind of things just not to do the Loan.
Real Estate Foreclosures are all over, every neighborhood, every town, every state but the most foreclosures I heard of are in California, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Riverside, Alameda, Santa Clarita and many more places.
THE GOVERNMENT SOLUTION:
FHA Streamlined Mortgage Loans, I do lots of FHA Streamlined Loans for Refinance and Purchase.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
FHA Streamlined Mortgage Loans are basically full doc Loans only and only approved Brokers can do FHA Loans.
You can qualify up to 4 people on the same application, it’s good because it helps you to actually make this a full doc file also if the Borrowers are a low income family.
The Loan amounts is up to $720,000 and The interest rates are great, and the government is not that tough as I thought, they’re actually much better then the banks out there that do conforming Loans.
Fidelity Mutual Mortgage it’s my company, if you guys ever will need any help just not to loose your home or your friend’s home, go fill up an application online, it’s easy and will definitely help you.
Good Luck

Brampton Ontario has the distinction of being one of the fastest growing municipalities in Canada, with over 110,000 people expected to move to the city in 2007! The City of Brampton credits its growth in part to the municipal focus on the importance of culture. Here are some of the cultural events planned in Brampton in 2007, many of them sponsored and organized by the Brampton Arts Council.
Throughout the Year
Running throughout the year are various exhibitions of still life put together as a group effort by the Visual Arts Brampton school of painting. The exhibitions run from the first of each month and are scheduled to last the entire month at Shopperâs World in the Brampton Mall (499 Main St. S.) during regular mall hours.
In addition to the Visual Art Brampton organization, several major cultural contributors offer demonstrations of their art all year long. Groups include the Brampton Symphony Orchestra, the Brampton Folk Singers, the Brampton Lyric Opera, and the Brampton Folk Club.
The newly opened Rose Theatre in Brampton is expected to begin fulfilling its promise in a big way in 2007, the first entire year of operations. Major events include concerts, recitations, and a special Musical Theatre performance of L.M. Montgomeryâs Anne of Green Gables, which kicks off in March.
Special Events
The City of Bramptonâs downtown core also features several series of special events which usually begin taking place when the weather turns warmer. Tuesdays and Thursdays from June to September offer music tailored to suit, with inspirational offerings from the Inspirational Impressions group on Tuesdays and a free concert held
each Thursday. In addition, the last Friday of every month offers an installment of a concert series from the Brampton Folk Club.
Running from July to September is the Flower Cityâs Annual Shakespeare in the Square Festival, put on by ACT Productions. This event is admission based on donation, and all are invited and encouraged to attend. There is a performance every weekday from 7:30 pm at City Hall.
The month of February is also an important one culturally in Brampton, with the kickoff of the Brampton Indie Arts Festival on the 9th and running through to the 17th.
One of the biggest cultural events in any Canadian city is the celebration of the countryâs birthday on July 1st, and Brampton is no exception. Festivities to celebrate Canadaâs birthday are held throughout the city, with a huge celebration around city hall and at various parks. The festivities include bands, booths, presentations, and performances that celebrate all aspects of Canada, from our multicultural heritage to our burgeoning arts. Donât forget about the annual fireworks display!
Bramptonâs cultural vibrancy is a major attraction and benefit to the city both in terms of financial and population growth. With the sheer number of events happening, residents are sure to find something that suits them!

Over the years we have had our share of both excellent and suspect Personal Trainers. From these experiences come the 7 things that they do to tick clients off.
1. Fail to keep appointments: perhaps this should be saved for number 7 as it is the most unbelievable; you know save the best for last. This is the case of the trainer that calls on the day of the appointment, sometimes within hours, and wants to let you know they will be unable to train because they got tied up. Still worse is the trainer that runs perpetually late. Picture yourself at the gym, warming up, and looking out for your trainer. At the appointed hour they are no where in sight so you begin to lightly workout. 10 minutes into the scheduled hour they come strolling in asking to be forgiven for running late. O.k., things happen. The question is do things happen 2 weeks out of 4. My advice? Get a new trainer.
2. Neglect to keep charts on their clients. How in the world is a trainer supposed to keep a mental note of all the particulars surrounding a clients health, contact information, goals, workout weights, injury areas, to name a few. Boggles my mind how many trainers simply write nothing down. They truly must have amazing memories.
3. Eating while training a client. Hey, I get hungry too and I also work a long day. It would be unimaginable for me to eat in front of a client unless we went out for a meal. Frankly it does not matter if it is a power bar, a peanut butter sandwich or a bag of trail mix. I pay you to work me out, eat on your own time.
4. Talking to other trainers, or familiar clients, while working me out. Here’s a novel thought: my health and safety for that one hour is in your hands, your complete attention is required. It does not matter to me if your best friend from grade school that you have not seen in 10 years just walked in. Your attention is on your client for one hour.
5. Children do not belong in the gym. Not the client’s kids or the trainer’s. Last thing I want is to hear or see is kids when I am trying to concentrate on touching a cone while balancing on half a foam roller with a 20 pound jacket on my body. Don’t get me wrong, I like children. I don’t like children at the gym.
6. Talking on cell phones, or texting, while working out a client. This one might have been a contender for the number one position. As if the invasion of cell phones in not pervasive enough it has now entered the gym. Picture this: client is doing a deep lunge exercise down a lane at the gym. Following behind offering no words of encouragement, but “spotting” her is trainer on cell phone. Unbelievable. Unbelievable that the trainer is on the phone and equally nuts that the client does not care. Important caveat: clients are guilty too. Recently I witnessed a client doing step ups on to a platform while speaking on the phone. It was her husband who “always calls me when we hear this song”. Could you just wretch?
7. Lack of creativity in workouts. Worse is the trainer who you know is making up the routine as we go along. Getting to the gym takes a certain amount of motivation for most clients. Help us out and add some variety to the exercise routine.
The last item is for the gym owners in the reading audience: stop being cheap and make sure the carpets are cleaned, the equipment is updated and in good working condition, the amenities in the locker room are clean and control your employees or contractors. At $50 to $75 per hourly session these are reasonable requests.
If you are shopping for a personal trainer, use this list to size up the trainer and the facility you are contemplating using. Know too that there a many, many simply excellent, diligent, qualified trainers that fit none of the faults mentioned above. In fact this article is a result of observations made while either warming up for, or working out with, my trainer who cannot be faulted for any of the issues sited.

Think whole house water purification is a waste of money?
It’s unbelievable what is being found in America’s tap water. Researchers from the U.S. EPA have found serious contaminants in many water samples taken across the country.
#1 – The Environmental Working Group reported that weed killers and many different pesticides were found in the tap water of 28 out of 29 cities tested. These chemicals were at levels that present serious health risks. They estimate that 45,000 babies in these cities drank infant formula reconstituted with contaminated tap water.
#2 – A USA Today-Special Report examined 3,000 of the largest city utilities and found that 65 of them are manipulating the results of tests used to detect lead in water, violating federal law and putting millions of Americans at risk.
#3 – “There’s no telling precisely how many Americans get sick each year from drinking bad water… I would say that the cases we learn about are the tip of the iceberg.” (Waterborne Disease Expert, CDC)
#4 – According to the EPA, lead is the number-one environmental health threat to our children, causing severe physical and mental developmental delays.
#5 – The U.S. Council of Environmental Quality warns that “Cancer risk among people drinking chlorinated water is as much as 93% higher than among those whose water does not contain chlorine.” It is not uncommon to find more chlorine in tap water than is recommended safe for a swimming pool.
If someone in your family already has cancer or another disease, it’s even more important to use whole house water purification. Why put an extra toxic load of chlorine on someone who is already ill?
#6 – There have been outbreaks in city water supplies of chlorine-resistant parasites like Cryptosporidium and Giardia. This intestinal parasite causes flu-like symptoms, and can be fatal to persons with impaired immune systems, including children and the elderly.
The Natural Resources Defense Council claims that more than 45 million Americans drink and bathe in treated water where these dangerous parasites are found. In Milwaukee recently, over 100 people died and 400,000 became sick in less than a month. Those with a superior whole house water filter system can be spared from this sort of tragedy.
#7 – Nobody knows how many toxic elements may actually be in tap water. According to the Ralph Nader Research Group, more than 2,100 toxic chemicals have already been detected in U.S. water supplies. Virtually all public water systems have some level of contamination.
Early in the twentieth century, before we had this host of chemical compounds in our environment, 1 in 50 people could expect to get cancer in his or her lifetime. Today, half of all Americans are expected to become cancer statistics.
~ ~ ~
There is no such thing as new water; Mother Nature just keeps reusing and recycling the same contaminated water over and over. Our water treatment plants are not designed to remove these man-made chemicals. We have learned the hard way that any chemical we use will eventually wind up in our household water.
Without waiting for a conclusion on the actual effects of drinking and bathing in this cocktail of contamination, we can assume that it will be negative. The only question is how negative… and why wait?
A whole house water purification system is the easiest, most effective and most economical way to have safe, healthy water for you and your family.

The city of Sheffield is an interesting one geographically speaking. It sits in a natural amphitheatre created by hills and rivers and is at the confluence of five rivers. The terrain ranges from about ten meters above sea level, to over five hundred meters above sea level. This can make for some pretty steep hills. On its western border is the Peak District National Park and about one third of the city is actually inside the National Parks borders. Sheffield is the only city in the U.K that has any National Park land within its borders. The city’s other borders are Rotherham to the North and Derbyshire to the south.
For decades the steel industry boomed in Sheffield, and pollution went unchecked with the River Don laying claim to the title of being one of Europe’s most polluted rivers. Sheffield showed great foresight by buying up land around the city to protect it as a greenbelt. In most places this type of conservation began in the 1960s or 1970s, but Sheffield’s plan began in the 1930s. This of course was a great idea, but the root problems were not addressed until twenty to thirty years later, when pollution from steel mills and coal mines elevated Sheffield to one of the most polluted cities in Europe in the 1960s.
Sheffield city government and residents have worked hard to minimize this problem. Green areas, recycling, and other steps have been taken, but it’s a tough problem to solve in a short period of time. Since the Industrial Revolution, Sheffield and most, if not all cities in the world have experienced air and groundwater pollution. A natural by product of progress, pollution has only been around on a large scale for less than a few hundred years.
Sheffield’s air pollution was at its peak between 1940 and 1945. The war years saw huge demand for the steel produced here. At that time in history pollution was look at as a small scale inconvenience
Today breathing the NOx (oxides of nitrogen) in Sheffield is the equivalent to the amount you’d get smoking 27 cigarettes a day according to studies done by Calor LP Gas Company. Not nearly the worst in U.K, as Oxford holds that title. The five rivers that run through Sheffield also fell victim to pollution during the steel boom, the hardest hit being the Don River.
Turning this problem around in the past couple of decades has become a priority in the city. A program called ‘Let’s Sort it Out Sheffield’, recycled 24,000 tons of waste in recent years. That amount is increasing at a rate of 3 % annually. Twelve percent of Sheffield residents now routinely recycle as compared to four percent only five years ago.
Sheffield Conservation Volunteers, Green Drinks, Green Fingers and other conservation groups have regular clean up projects and lobby for the environment. Sheffield now has 50 public parks and 150 woodlands, and is considered Europe’s greenest city. Half of the citizens of Sheffield can be in open countryside within 15 minutes. The city has some two million trees or four for every man, woman, and child in the city. Sixty-one percent of the City of Sheffield is considered greenspace.
In the Entente Florale international competition, Sheffield was voted best in the cities and villages category. The contest judges municipalities on several criteria. Floral displays, environmental management, park management, greenspaces, regeneration, education and training, and neighbourhood renewal are some categories cities, towns, and villages are judged on.
Sheffield has a wide range of bird and animal species and is now working to protect them and the ecosystems they depend on for their very lives. Bald Eagles, Osprey, Cormorants, and other various ducks and geese can be found in the marshy areas around the city.
The climate in Sheffield is much like jokes about weather in London and all of England. Frequent rain and overcast weather make it cool and damp much of the time. Average temperatures range from 39F. to 60F, so the four seasons occur, but without a big difference. The changing climate from global warming is already a concern for the Sheffield City Council. They are currently working on plans to adapt to a changing climate by projecting how this phenomenon will affect Sheffield. The direct and indirect implications could be serious, and the council is aware of this according to a report from the Chief Executive’s Directorate to environmental leaders, The Environmental Performance Working Party and the Head of Environmental and Regulatory Services. The report was titled, “Preparing for Climate Change”, and while vague in actions to be taken, it looks like a good first step in preparing for the inevitable.
